摘要
近年来我国地板行业发展迅速,尤其是非常环保的PWC地板更是具有非常大的市场
潜力。但是PVC地板在我国属于新型产品,国内厂家生产的产品质量很难保证,而进口
产品的质量较好,但是价格又较高。在如此竞争激烈的市场环境下,如果想抢占市场的
先机,就要靠新产品开发,那么新产品的质量就成了突出的问题。经过近几年的实践,
开发出来的新产品在上市初期总会面临这样那样的质量问题,最终导致销售量不好、投
诉较多,甚至最终导致产品停止销售,损失是非常惨重的。那么,如何保证新产品的质
量?如何满足客户的质量需求?质量管理就成为新产品开发的首要课题
本文以M公司PVC地板产品开发的质量管理为研究对象,首先介绍了当前PWC地板的
现状以及研发方向、PVC地板的开发流程及质量管理方法。然后以PC地板开发的质量管
理为主要流程,对PVC地板新产品开发从商品企划阶段到开发设计阶段中的具有代表性
的质量管理活动一PWC地板开发的质量设计、质量管理体系、质量影响因素、质量管
理的理论方法进行分析,指出它们各自的特点以及适用于PVC地板开发的质量管理方法,
并对PVC地板开发的质量管理问题提出改进措施,对某些活动在执行过程中需要注意的
问题进行了分析和研究。成功的质量管理方法能够减少设计变更的次数,简化设计变更
作业流程及时间,降低产品开发的成本,缩短产品开发所需的时间,避免产品质量缺陷
及新产品上市失败的几率。

Abstract
In recent years the rapid development of Chinas flooring industry, in particular, is very
environmenta
lly friendly PVC flooring is a very large market potential. However, PVC
flooring in our country belongs to new products, the domestic manufacturers is very difficult
to guarantee the quality of products, while imports of products with better quality, but higher
prices. In such a competitive market environment, if you want to seize market opportunities,
we rely on new product development, then the quality of new products has become a
prominent problem. After several years of practice, developed new products in the initial
listing of the Federation of facing all kinds of quality problems, which eventually led to poor
sales, more complaints, and even eventually lead to stop selling products, the loss is very
heavy. So, how to ensure the quality of new products? How to satisfy the customer's quality
requirements? Quality management of new product development has become the primary
subiect
This article take M Corporation PVC floor product development quality control as the
object of study, first briefed the current PVC floor present situation as well as the research and
development direction, the PVC floor development flow and the quality control method. Then
the quality control which develops by the PVC floor is the main flow, to the PVC floor new
product development from the commodity business planning stage to the development design
stage in the quality design, the quality control system, the quality influence factor, the quality
control theory method which has the representative quality control --PVC floor to develop
caries on the analysis, pointed out they respective characteristic as well as is suitable the
quality control method which develops in the PVC floor, and the quality control question
which develops to the PVC floor proposed the improvement measure, the question which
needed to pay attention in the implementation has carried on the analysis and the research to
certain activities. The success quality control method can reduce the design change the
number of times, the simplification design change work flow and the time, reduces the
product development the cost, reduces time which the product development needs, avoids the
product quality flaw and the new product going on the market defeat probability
