    1. Scope
    This Standard specilied the site selection principle for hazardous wastes incineration facilities, basic
    tcchnical spccifications for Incineration, the maximum allowable cfflucnt limits for incineration exhaust
    pollutants, the disposal rules for incineration residues and corresponding environmental monitoring [rom
    the nccd of cnvironmcntal pollution control during the trcatmcnt of hazardous wastes incineration
    This Standard is applicable to the design, cnvironmcntal impact cvaluation and acceptancc of hazardous
    astes incineration acilities except those for explosive and radioactive wastes, as well as the pollution
    control during opcration
