摘要
随着包装业的飞跃发展,对纸箱生产的要求将越来越高,纸箱生产要适应这种需求
必然会使生产设备向高速、高效、高自动化方向发展。徳国BHS公司制造的BHS瓦楞
纸板生产线是当今世界上最先进的瓦楞纸板生产线之一,它具有先进的自动化控制系
统。我公司作为第一个引进此套生产线中国公司,其意义是非常深远的,它将引发国内
纸板包装业新的变革。研究BHS瓦楞纸板生产线的包装工艺,对国内包装设备制造业
是一个全新的课题,同时对纸箱行业厂家引进使用此套设备具有非常好借鉴经验,可以
促进我国包装设备制造业、纸箱包装业的发展,从丽使包裝行业自动化程度不断提高。
本论文主要是从BHS瓦楞纸板线的设备构造、生产工艺、生产实践和管理等方面进行
学习研究,从中探索国外核心设备的先进理念,及对国外先进设备的消化、吸收和应用
等相关的技术河题。
通过对BHS设备的使用我们总结了很多经验,首先,我们应合理有效地引进外先
进技术、及时消化、吸收并加以创新发展,在引进国外设备时需要慎重,不要盲目引进
全套进口设备,要引进核心设备,配套设备尽量国产化,并努力寻求多种备品备件国产
化途径。其次,要加强对BHS进口设备的管理,高度重视BHIS设备的前期管理(包括
调研、选型、安装、调试、人员培训等),强化核心设备的维护和保养,建立可靠的维
修体系,搜集丰富的数据资料,组织对设备维修需求资料进行分析与改进,优化设备的
使用和维护,不断更新改进生产工艺等各个环节,以最佳的方式实现设备的使用效率。
同时,我圆的瓦楞纸箱工业(包括设备制造业和器材与服务业等)必须熟悉瓦楞纸
箱生产线和单面瓦楞机以及瓦楞辗的不同的结构、型式、功能和安装、使用以及维护保
养方法,尤其是日益增多的高档引进设备所无法回避的维护保养、修理更新的技术、时
间和成本等问题,同时也伴随着由此而不可避免产生的各种认识误区所带来的各种实际
问题的困扰。不断地寻找和选择技术可靠并值得信赖的专业供应和维护服务厂商,也成
为纸箱行业最关心的重要事项。

system with advanced person. Our company, as introducing the Chinese company ofthis set
of production lines first, its meaning is very far-reaching, It will cause the new change of
packing service of the domestic cardboard. Studying the technology of the package of BHS
corrugated cardboard production line, is a brand-new subject to packing the manufactuing
industry of the equipment at home, introduce and use this set of equipment to have very easy
experience of using to the producer of carton trade for reference at the same time Can
promote our country to pack the development of the manufacturing industry of the equipment
