Construction of the zone insmart way is the inevitable trend in future. The architecture of smart zone informnation service platform is presented, includingperception layer, network layer, platform layer and intelligent application layer. Based on this architecture, the contents of thesmart zone construction are discussed. The perception layer collects data information of the one environment, and is the basiof intelligence. The network layer and platform layer provide the infrastructures for data interconnection, which is the core oftelligence. Relationship between data is excavated at the application layer, at which various intelligence services are providedand the intelligence is reflected as well. Several key technologies involved in zone construction are analyzed, including Internetof Things (101), cloud computation, scrvice oriented archit ture ($0A)and sceurity.The smart economic %one can be vieweas a set of TOT applications. Cloud computation is the rational technique for platform layer. The SOA supports rapid developmentand deployment of intelligent applications.
