摘要:采用欠注注塑发泡成型工艺,通过控制射胶时间制备了聚丙烯(P)微孔发泡材料,分析了试样中泡孔
的结构特点;并研究了射胶时间和熔体温度对PP微孔发泡材料发泡行为的影响规律。结果表明,射胶时间对试样结
构和PP发泡行为影响很大,射胶时间较短时试样形状不完整;射胶时间较长时试样发泡空间小,泡孔成核少,而当
射胶时间为1.6s和1.8s时PP发泡行为较理想,其泡孔平均直径分别为34、50μm,泡孔密度分别达到3.0x10°
2.8x10°个/cm3。随着熔体温度升高,嫆体强度降低,导致泡孔直径增大,泡孔密度减小,泡孔尺寸分布不均匀。嫆
体温度为180℃时,PP发泡行为较理想,其泡孔直径和泡孔密度分别为35um、3.0x10个/cm

Effects of Owe Injection Foaming Method on Foaming Behaviors of

Abstract: Polypropylene (PP ) microcellular foams were prepared using the owe injection foaming
method by controlling the injection time. The characteristics of the cell structure was analyzed. And the
effects of injection time and melt temperature on the foaming behaviors of PP microcellular foams were also
investigated. The results showed that the injection time had a reat influence on the structure and the foaming
behaviors of PP samples. The short injection time led to imperfect sample shapes while the long injection time
reduced the foaming room and cell nucleus. When the injection time was 1.6 s and 1.8, the foam behaviors
of PP were preferable with the average diameters of the cell of 34 wm and 50 wm and the cell densities of 3. 0x
10 cells/cm and 2. 8x10 cells/cm, respevtively. It was found that the melt strength decreased as the melt
temperature increased, which led to the increase of cell diameter, the decrease of cell density and the uneven
distribution of the cell sizes. When the melt temperature was 180C, the foaming behavior was good with th
average diameter and cell density of the cell of 35 wm and 3. 0x10 cell/cm'respevtively

收能力强、抗冲击性及减震性能好、隔音隔热性强等法、欠注法等,其中欠注法最适用于工业化生产,但
系列特点,已在交通、运输、军工、航天航空、电其发泡行为较其他方式稍差]。因此,如何改善欠

术是微孔发泡聚合物材料的成型方法之一,常用的微材料研究的热点。
