【中文摘要】无线通信是利用电磁波信号可以在自由空间传播的特性进行信息交换的一种通信方式。近些年无线通信技术的发展,给人们之间的通信带来很大的方便,应用也越来越广泛。本论文主要对高频段的无线收发电路进行研究,文中给出了此设计的过程及最终的实现电路,并详细分析了电路的工作原理。首先本文分别对调制解调器、功率放大器、晶体振荡器、混频器和检波器等进行理论分析,根据原理的分析结果设计出各个模块的相应电路。然后采用PSPICE对电路进行仿真,根据仿真结果对电路进行优化,使电路工作在最佳的状态。最后根据理论分析的结果和设计的原理图,进行无线收发电路的构建。调制电路采用了ASK调制方式,电路由高速CMOS门电路来实现。本地信号源一个CMOS皮尔斯振荡器,此振荡电路简单、性能稳定、电流驱动能力强,能够很好的满足本设计的要求。功率放大器采用的是高效率的C类功率放大器,后级是一个巴特沃斯型低通滤波器,滤波后通过匹配电路和天线连接,最后经过天线发射调制信号。接收电路的前级功放是由MC1350构成,放大后的信号经本地振荡电路进行混频,输出的中频信号经过检波电路进行检波,检波后通过电压比较器把模拟信号转换为数字信号,至此完成了信号的解调。本论文根据设计的实际电路进行了测试,能够满足本设计的指标要求。此电路思路明确,结构简单,易于实现,有一定的实用价值。
【英文摘要】Wireless communication is a kind of communication manner which can exchange information using electromagnetic waves that propagate in free space. In recent years, the development of the wireless communication technology has made the correspondence among people become more convenient, and its application is more and more widely.In this thesis, a study is performed about the High frequency wireless transceiver, has produced this design detailed process and the final realization electric circuit, and the electric circuit principle of work is deeply studied. First of all, this paper gives a theoretical analysis of the modem, power amplifier, crystal oscillator, mixers and detectors and designs the corresponding circuit of each module based on the results of analysis of principles. Then PSPICE is used to simulate the circuit to optimize the circuit, according to the results of simulation make the circuit work in the best condition. Finally, a hardware circuit is fabricated by the results of theoretical analysis and designed schematics.The theory of ASK is used in the modulation system, and the circuit is realized by the high speed CMOS gate. A CMOS Pierce oscillator circuit is used for its excellent frequency stability, simple design, and high drive level, which meets the requirements of design. A high efficiency Class C amplifier is used in design. The latter class is a Butterworth low-pass filter which connects the antenna through the matching circuit after filtering and finally launches through the antenna. PREAMP is constituted by MC1350 and the amplified signal is mixed by the local oscillator circuit. The output of the IF signal is detected through the detector circuit and then transform the imitative signals into digital signals through a voltage comparator after detecting, thus completed the signal demodulation.The designed electric circuit is tested, and the result can satisfy the design specification. This electric circuit mentality is clear, simple, easy to realize also has a certain useful value.
