喷漆废气处理技术研究进展

摘要:喷涂工艺在化工、汽车、船舶、家具等行业广泛应用,在喷漆过程中产生的废气对环境和人类健康带来
不利影响。本文介绍了喷废气的主要成分及其危害,综述了处理喷度气的净化技术,分成漆雾预处理技术
以及处理喷漆废气中挥发性有机物(VOCs)的浄化技术,其中漆雾预处理主要分成湿式处理法和干式处理法,
VOCs净化技术包折传统净化处理技术如吸附法、吸收法、燃烧法、冷凝法等,新型浄化处理技术如膜分离法、
光催化法、生物法、等离子体净化法等,以及复合型净化处理技术。阐述了这些技术的净化机理、工艺流程以
及优劣势,提出了复合型净化处理技术是处理赏漆废气的来发展方向,指出了运行成本、操作难易度、稳定
性是复合型处理技术亟待解决的问题。

Research progress in treatment technology for exhaust gas from spray
paint process

Abstract: Spraying coating has been extensively applied in the chemical engineering, automobile an
ship industrics. In the application proccss, thc exhaust gas from spray paint proccss brought negati
in fluences on environment and human health. This paper introduces the major components and damage of
exhaust gas from spray paint process, comprehensively illustrates the purification techniques in waste gas
from spraying and analyzes the prc-proccssing techniques of paint mists as wcll as thc purification
techniques in processing VOCS of the organic waste gas. Among them, paint mist pre-processing is
mainly divided intro wet proccssing mcthod and dry proccssing mcthod. VOCS urification techniqucs
includin traditional purification processin techniques, such as adsorption method, absorplion method
combustion method and condensation method. The new type purification processing techniques, for
cxamplc, scparation mcmbranc mcthod, photocatalysis mcthod, bioanalysis mcthod, plasma clcaning
mcthod and compound purification proccssing techniqucs was includcd. It explains the strengths and
wcakncss of purification mcchanism and proccss proccdurcs, proposing that thc compound-type
purification processing technique is the development direction in processing exhaust gas from spray paint
process in the future. Meanwhile, it points out that the running cost, operating difficulty and stability
scrvc as the urgent problcms which shall bc solvcd for the compound-typc proccssing tcchnigucs
