摘要
作为全国最大的钕产业基地,攀钢尚未涉及海绵钛产业,这在一定程度上
造成了攀钢钛产业链的不完整。因此,攀钢在“十一五”规划中提出了要进
步加快钛资源的深度开发,延伸钛产业链。在此背景下,本文以该规划为背景,
按可行性研究的方法,对规划中的海绵钛项目进行可行性分析,为攀钢公司的
投资决策提供依据。
本文总体上是通过对攀钢公司内外部环境、海绵钛市场、资源、工程技术、
经济效益和投资风险等方面的问题进行全面分析、论证和评价,从而确定该投
资项目是非常必要和可行性的。
本文首先采用定量分析和定性分析相结合的方法,对国内外海绵钛市场进
行分析,得出海绵钛的需求趋势。并结合攀钢自身状况,提出符合该公司的海
绵钛投资项目建议。其次通过对海绵钛制造技术的分析,确定该项目的建设规
模。并根据同行业的经验数据和同类性项目的可行性研究报告,提出项目建设
的工程技术方案。对项目的投资进行估算,按工程项目可行性研究的方法对项
目进行财务分析与评价。最后通过代数分析法对项日进行盈亏平衡分析,指出
影响项目赢利的敏感性因素,确定影响程度,并且对项目可能面临的不确定性
进行探讨。

Abstract
Although PANGANG company is the most big base of the titanium
industrial in CHINA, it have not go into the sponge titanium
ndustrial. This causes at a certain extent that PANGANG company have a
not complete Industrial chain of titanium. For this reason, PANGANG
company makes a comprehensive programme include constructing sponge
titanium item that will speed the deep developing of the titanium
resources in the next five years. Under this background, this paper is
going to analyze the feasibility of developing sponge titanium plan, and
will offer warrant for PANGANG company 's investment.
This paper have anal ysed, demonstrated and estimated that PANGANG
company' s surrounding, sponge titanium market, resource, engineering
technolic, economic benefit and investment venture etc, and then
confirmed that this item has extraordinary necessary and feasibility
First, this paper will analyse sponge titanium market all over the
world by adopting the method of ration forecast and determine
qualitative. We deduce the market demand of sponge titanium from premises
After combining the companys characteristic, this paper brings forward
the sponge titanium investment project suggestions for PANGANG
company. Second, this paper confirm that the size of sponge titanium item
construction through analysing sponge titanium manufacturing technology
and products development trend correctly. This paper bring forward the
item engineering pro ject according to the experienced data of craft
brother and the feasibility study report of same item, as well as
estimating the investment. Finally, this paper analyzed the balance of
the item profit and loss by algebra analysis method, pointed out
sensitivity factors which will affect profit of the item and confirmed
the affecting degree, forecasted the items uncertainty.
