摘
要
本论文首先分析了型煤技术在实际应用中存在的主要问题,应用碳的异相燃烧
理论及阿累尼鸟斯定律对散煤及型煤的燃烧机理与燃烧条件进行了探索比较,找出
目前制约型煤着火速度及燃烧强度的本质原因。提出了“型煤集合形态的劣化是引
起型煤燃烧过程劣化的根本原因”这一重要论点,并据此提出以改进型煤集合形态
为主要技术的型煤燃烧改性技术方案,且进行了实验验证理论的正确性及有效性。
(1)型煤着火速度试验。实验结果显示,型煤集合形态的改进使其热解进程
加快,着火时间缩短60%。(2)型煤燃烧强度实验。实验结果证明,型煤改性可以
使燃烧强度大幅度提高。最后,本论文对型煤锅炉的设计方法提出了改进意见。

ABSTRACT
In paper, firstly we analysis the main problems of briquette coal technology in
applied. Through compare the combustion mechanism and condition between briquette
coal and scatter coal with the theory of heterogeneous combustion and the Arrenius Law. We
found that the main reason which is restricted the ignition velocity and combustion density is
the degradation of collective form of briquette coal. Then lay out a significant contention is
the degradation of collective form of briquette coal is the main reason caused the degradation
of combustion process. And give the technical project of briquette coal of changing the
characteristic combustion though the main method of improvement. To prove the theory
analyzed and results are correct and valid, we have done the follow experiments:
(1the ignition velocity testes of the briquette coal. Results show that the change of
collective form in briquette coal can speed up pyrolysis process and reduce by 60% of the
ignition time.(2)The combustion intensity test of the briquette coal. Through compare with
the two kinds of briquette coal's bed and throat temperature in burning zone on a normal
operation boiler. We found that after change briquette coal is largely raised the combustion
intensity. Finally the paper gives out the advices of briquette boiler to the designer.
