真空吸尘器耐压测试
1.0 Purpose / 目的
To evaluate the performance of dielectric voltage-withstand of the sample
评估样机绝缘材料的绝缘耐压性能.
2.0 Definition/概念:

Withstanding voltage tester(耐压测试仪).
5.0 General Instructions/说明:
5.1 Tests may be conducted at any ambient temperature within a range of 10-40℃ (50-100℉).
测试可在10~40℃(50~100℉)之内的环境温度下进行.
5.2 Unless otherwise noted, all tests are to be conducted with appliance connected to a 120VAC, 60Hz power source.
除非另外标注, 否则所有样板都将连接在120V/60Hz电源下进行测试.
5.3 All equipment used must be calibrated on an annual basis. Calibration stickers with last calibration and calibration due date must be affixed to each instrument.
使用的所有设备都必须以一年为周期进行调校.载有最后调校日期和调校周期的调校粘纸必须粘固在每一个仪表上.
5.4 Apply a 60-hertz essentially sinusoidal potential between current-carrying parts and dead metal parts.
在带电零部件和不带电零部件之间施加60Hz测试电压.
5.5 Determine the test voltage(测试电压的判定):
a) One thousand volts for a sample employing a motor rated 1/2 horsepower (373 watts output) or less;
马达功率标称小于373瓦的样机, 测试电压为1000V.
b) One thousand volts plus twice the rated voltage for a sample employing a motor rated more than 1/2 horsepower, or except as noted in (c) a sample applied directly to persons or supported by the body of a person.
马达功率标称大于373瓦其直接与人体接触或由人体支撑的样机(此条排除以下c情况), 测试电压为1000V加上二倍的额定电压240V, 即为1240V
c) Twenty-five hundred volts for a wet pick-up sample that is supported by the body of a person but not solely hand held;
对于人体支撑而不是只用手持的吸湿式样机应为2500V.
Test duration is 1 minute
测试时间为一分钟.
6.0 Procedure/步骤:
6.1 Obtain a representative sample of the appliance to be tested.
准备一个有代表性的样机用于测试.
6.2 Obtain Test Results Form TTR1007 and completely fill in the information describing the sample and the equipment used prior to running the test.
用TTR1007测试结果的表格,在测试前完整地填入样机和使用的设备的情况.
6.3 Connect the tester to supply mains of 220V/60Hz, push down the power button, and set the
test voltage range to 2.5 KV, trip current to 55MIU , time to 65s, then push down “START” button, turn the test voltage knob to some extent clockwise and insert the probe connected to red lead into the socket connected to black lead, pressing the “STOP” button when hearing alarm which shows that the tester is ok in function. Turn off the tester, and turn the voltage knob counter-clockwise to its end.
耐压测试仪连接到220V/60Hz电源, 开启耐压测试仪电源开关,设置电压档为2.5KV,跳脱电流为5MIU,定时65s. 按下“测试开始键”,顺时针调节测试电压旋钮到显示屏上显示非零值,将其红线相连的测试棒插入黑线输出插座插孔,听到报警声时按下“测试停止键”,表示耐压测试仪功能正常,关掉耐压测试仪. 逆时针将测试电压旋钮旋到底..
6.4 Operate the sample until thoroughly heated.
按照TAREGP1001在开口空载状况下运行样机到热稳定.
6.5 Place the sample on the work bench and wrap the motor enclosure with 10×20 cm metal
foil affecting the heat dissipations (if the enclosure area is less than 10×20 cm, wrap it with the same size metal foil).
停止运行样机, 将其置于绝缘工作台上,用10×20cm锡箔纸盖住离马达最近的马达壳但不要影响样板散热,如果马达壳面积小于10×20cm就用其同样大小锡薄纸将其全部包住.
6.6 Plug the sample into the test socket and turn on tester.
