基于主机板原物料的库存管理策略硏究
摘要
随着经济全球化及科技水平的不断发展,电子制造业的竞争越来越
激烈,竞争的焦点集中在如何快速响应客户的需求,“速度”和“柔性”成
为电子制造企业在市场上博得一席之地的重要因素。以协同的方式把企
业内部和外部的物流、信息流、资金流有效地整合起来的供应链管理为
企业提供了契机。供应链管理的重要组成部分是库存管理,供应链环境
下的VMI库存管理策略,通过诸多企业的实践证明是改善供应链绩效的
有效方法,因此电子制造业也开始推行VMI库存管理策略。
对于电子制造业而言,VMI库存管理策略是全新的库存管理方式,
VMI策略分为炳方面的内容,原物料和成品的VMI,本文主要研究原物
料的VMI库存管理策略,本文的研究内容主要分为三个部分:首先,通
过对M公司实施VMI库存管理策略现況的分析,总结出VMI库存管理
策略实施中出现的问题并分析了产生此类问题的原因:其次,针对M公
司的实际状况,分别提出了基于缺料风险系数的供应商补货策略和基于
T及齐套料检査的拉料策略,说岄了供应商的补货策略需要建立在双方

充分协商的基础上和M公司在拉料之前进行齐套料的检査的重要性;最
后,通过新VM库存管理策略在M公司的具体实施,验证了新策胳是
适合M公司的库存管理策略。
本文通过对M公司VMI库存管理策略的研究与分析,了解了M公
司在库存管理层面所面临的问题,并提出了相应的优化方案,经过M公
可的实践,证明是有效的方案。

ABSTRACT
With the economic globalization and scientific and technology
development, the competition in electronic manufacturing industry becomes
more and more fierce, which focuses on quick response to customer demand
Speed " andflexibilityhas become an important factor for Electronics
manufacturers to survive in the current market place. As the collaborated
integration of logistic, information and cash flow within or outside the
enterprise, the supply chain management provides great opportunity. As
important part of supply chain management, the VMT inventory management
strategy can prove to be effective to improve the supply chain performance
by many enterprisess practice. Thus many electronic manufacturers are
starting to adopt VMI inventory management strategy
VMI inventory management model is a brand new method for the
electronic manufacturing industry. The thesis will focus on raw materials
VMI inventory management model, one of the key aspects of VMI inventory
management. The thesiss research will consist of three parts: First, analyze
the status of M company's implementation of VMI inventory Management
strategy, and summarize the current VMI inventory management problems
and analyzed the reasons for such problems; Secondly, against the M
