2. Purpose of Standardization
This Standard aims to standardize bolts and to ensure their proper qualities
Kinds of bolts are classified by shape, and shall be of the 6 kinds listed in Table 1, in relation to the fitting meth
ds of disc wheels

4. Mechanical Properti
Mechanical properties of bolts shall be tested, as a rule, by the provision given in 11, and they shall conform with
the provisions given in Table 2
