摘要
本文采用理论联系实际的方法,在对粮食行业进行全面调研的基础上,综合运用
战略管理等管理理论,对镇江粮食行业的改革和发展战略进行研究。目的是促进镇江
粮食行业建立并保持可持续发展的综合竞争优势。
全文首先总结回顾了粮食行业改革和发展历程;其次,在阐述当前粮食行业现状
及存在问题的基础上,运用PEST法从四个方面分析镇江粮食行业的外部环境,并利
用五种力量模型分析粮食企业竞争状况;然后以SWOT方法结合以上分析,指明镇
江粮食行业自身的优劣势以及所面临的机会和威胁;最后,根据以上几方面对镇江粮
食行业综合竟争形势的研究,引用国外粮食行业管理和国内粮食改革与发展的成功经
验,提出延长粮食产业链,建成“以放心粮油品牌为树枝和树叶,以骨干企业和农业
龙头企业为树于,以发展农村订单收购和优质商品粮基地为树根,整合粮食储备、资
金、资产、人员等各方面优势资源,综合运用电子商务和第三方物流等现代技术手段”
的行业改革与发展思路。

Abstract
This thesis adopts the method of theory connecting with fact. Based on the general
research of rain sector, it uses strategic management theory to make researches on the
reorm and development strategy of Zhenjiang grain sector with the purpose of promoting
the establishment of Zhenjiang rain sector and maintaining the integrative competition
dvantage of continually development.
First, it reviews the reform and development course of grain sector. Second, based on
the expatiation of current situation and existing problems of rain sector, it uses PEST
method to analyze the extemal circumstance of Zhenjiang grain sector from four aspects
and utilizes five force models to analyze the competition status of grain industry, Third
using SWOT method and combining with the above analyses, it points out the advantages
of diadvanaes of Zen an n etor and also the oportunities and threats we fac
Finally, according to the above researches on integrative competition status of Zhenjiang
rain sec, it refers to the successful experence of foreign grain sector management and
domestic reform and development, and then puts forward the extension of grain industry
chain and establishment of the reform and development strategy. The strategy should use
safe grain and oil brand as branches and leaves, skeleton enterprises and top agriculture
enterprises as stocks, developing country order purchase and high quality market grain
base as roots, make use of dominant resources in grain storage, fund, asset and personnel,
and exerts modem techniques such as electronic business and third party logistic.
