摘要:为配套MZJ15/60全液压牒层气钻机,研制了一冲旋转式轻便型TZC50铁钻工。该失
钻工不同于手臂式铁钻工和落池式铁钻エ,它安装于井架大滅上,使用时旋转至井ロ中心,上、
卸扣后转复位,不占用台面积,非常通合用于钻台面非常小的煤层气钻机。该铁钻工质量轻
逐输时可以方便拆綁,并打快速組表;采用PTC智能控制和良嫕的操作面板设计使得操作非常简
便,并能精确控制扭矩,动作准确灵活,可靠性高,可大幅提旁作业效率。试验和现场应用结果
表明,该铁钻工夹紧可靠,と卸扣动作迅速、灵活;PIC远程控制设计合理,白动化程度高,具
有良好的经济效益和市场前景。

Research on the Rotary Light Iron Roughneck for CBM Drilling Rig

Abstract: To support MZJ15/60 full hydraulic coalbed methane (CBM drilling rig, a type of TZG50 rotar
light iron roughneck was developed on the basis of the operating feature of CBM rig and the requirement of automat-
ic wellhead tools. The roughneck is different from arm-type roughneck and floor-type roughneck. IL is installed on
derrick leg, When used, it rotates to the wellhead center and is reset after makeup and breakout. It does not occup
any drill floor area. Thus, it is very suitable for CBM rig with a very small drill floor area. It has a light mass. In
transportation it is easy to disassemble and can be assembled fast. Adoption of PLC intelligent control and desirable
operational pane] design makes the operation very simple, achieving a precise eontrol of torque. The movement of
the roughneck is precise and flexible with a high reliability. It can increase operation efficiency remarkably. The fac
tory test and field application show that the roughneck s clamping is reliable and the makeup-and-breakout move-
ment is fast and flexible. The PLC remote control design is rational with a high degree of automation. It has good e-
conomic benefits and a bright market prospect
