大型热交换器装芯抽芯机设计

摘要:大型热交换器装芯抽芯机是影响热交换器的装配及检修效率的重要设备,国内目前使用的
热交換器装配检修设备较为落后。大型热交换器装芯抽芯机的步进移动装置是重要组成部分,也
是热交換器芯抽芯机设计和制造的关鍵。针对国内外热交换器裝芯抽芯机存在的技术缺陷和不
足,制订了新的热交换器装芯抽芯机设计方案。通过调研和类比设计法确定了其主体结构。该装
置结构新颖、性能稳定可靠、安全性高、作业效率高,改变了长期依赖吊车配合装芯抽芯作业的
局面。

Design and Development of Core Installer and Puller for Large Heat Exchanger

Abstract: The core installer and puller can affect the maintenance efficiency and duration. The
domestic overhaul equipment gets relatively behind. The stepping movement device is the most
important part in it, and the key part in design and manufacturing as well. In view of technical
shortcomings and insufficiency, both foreign and domestic installer and puller have been designed
the investigation and analogical design method were used for its main structure and checked with
Solidworks. The new equipment is new in structure, reliable in performance, high safety and op
eration efficiency, thus the crane that should be used during maintenance is changed.
