聚乙二醇掺杂对氧化镍-氧化钛薄膜
电致变色行为的影响

摘要:以醋酸镍、钛酸正丁酯为前驱物,聚乙二醇(PEC)为掺杂剂,制备了氧化镍-氧化钛(NO-Ti02)的溶胶、
干凝胶和薄膜,研究了掺杂分子量分别为200、400、10002000的PEG对Ni0-TO2薄膜电化学和光学性能的
影响。对溶胶进行粒径和粘度测定,考察了于凝胶的热力学行为。溶胶在基底上浸渍提拉成膜,300℃煅烧
后,采用双电位阶跃计时电流法测定iO-TiO2薄膜电化学性能,分光光度计测定薄膜的透过率。其中掺杂
PEC200的薄膜性能最好:其双层膜的注入电量是未掺杂单层膜的2.2倍,薄膜在550mm处着色态和无色态
的透过率差值最大为54%,变色效率达到37.4cm2C';掺杂PEC200可延长薄膜的循环寿命至2000圈以上。

ied Nickel oxide and titanium oxide(N -T )sols were prepared by ol-gel method with the nickel acetate and n-butyl titanate as
precursors and PEG of molecular weigh 200, 4 0, 1000 and 2000 as pants. The particle size and viscosity of he sols and tem-
bility of the gels were tested. The NI0-T thin films were prepared by di coating and sintered at 30. The electrchemical cha-
acteristic of Ni- thin films were studied by chronoamperometry in the I mol KOH aqueous electrolyte Spectrophotometer
was used to test the transmit ance in the bleached and colored states. The properties of NI0-TI0 double layer were improved by
PEG200 doping: the inserted charge density is 2. 2 times than that of the single layer without PEG; transmittance change at 550nm of
NIO-TI0, double layer with PEG200 reaches 54% and the coloration efficiency of the film is 37. 4 cm C". The life time of films ex-
tends? to over 2000 laps because of the PEG200 doping by transmittance kinetic analysis
