    镁铝尖晶石基硫转移剂的制备及其性能

    摘要]采用等体积浸渍法制备系列Fe2O3-REC1MgA12O4?MgO(RE为稀上金属),Fe2O、-CeO2- RECL]/MgA1O4MgO
    FeO3-CeO2-V2O、- RECI2/Mga12O4'MgO硫转移剂;利用XRD,FTIR,TG-DTA,XRF等手段对其进行了表征;考察其对
    FCC再生烟气中SO2的脱硫性能。表征结果显示,负载金属氧化物后未改变镁铝尖晶石的原有晶体结构。实验结果表明

    Preparation and Performances of Magnesia-alumina Spinel Sulfur Transter Agents

    I Abstract] A series of sulfur transfer agents, namely Fe,O, -RECL /Mga1,O]. Mgo(RE
    rare carth), Fe, O -Ceo -RECL /M Al O Mgo and Fe2 -CE02-V2O RECL /Mgal2o. Mgo, for
    the removal of SO, from FCC regenerated flue gas were prepared by incipient-wetness impregnation
    and were characterized by means of XRD, FTIR, TG-DTA and XRF. The results showed that
    the Fe, Ce, V,RE,(m(Mgal,O Mgo): m(Fe,0): m(Ce0): m(V,; ) m(RECL
    1: 0.05: 0.12: 0.015: 0.1 sulfur transfer agent exhibited the highest activity for the removal of
    SO,. Under the condition of space velocity 12 s, its maximum desulfurization rate, penetration time
    and sulfur adsorption capacity could reach 98.72%, more than 100 min and 1.02 g /g, respectively
    The influences of oxygen content in the flue gas and hydrothermal treatment on the performances of
    the sulfur transfer agents were investigated. The results indicated that, when the oxygen content was
    low, the desulfurization rate and sulfur adsorption capacity significantly reduced, and the reduced
    Ce"and V " could not be oxidized timely into Ce"and V., which was unfavorable to the recycling
    of the sulfur transfer agents. It was showed that the Fe, Ce, V, RE sulfur transfer agent had certai
    resistance to hydrothermal aging
