瓦江口水域春、夏季浮游动物群落结构特征

摘要:根据2014年春袭5月)和夏8月)瓯江口浮游动物调査资料,对浮游动物的种类组成、优势种、分布和多样
性进行了研究。结果表明,共定出浮游动物42种,求属于11个大类,其中桡足类最10种);春季主要优势种为贝氏拟线
水母利长额刺糠虾,夏季主要优勢种为长额刺糠虾和长尾类糠虾幼虫:江口水域春季和夏季浮游动物总个体数量均较低,
春季总个体平均丰度仅为1.41ind/im,変化范围为0.14~7.66ind/mn3,夏季总个体平均事度仅为0.56indm3,変化范围为
0.12~2.19indm。聚类分析表明春季可以将浮游动物划分为三个群落,夏季可以将浮游动物?分为两个群落。相关性分析得
出,影响春季和夏季江口浮游动物群落结构的主要环境因子为盐度

Characteristics of Zooplankton Community Structure in the Oujiang
Estuary during Spring and Summer

Abstract: Based on the samples collected from the Oujiang Estuary. the species composition, quantitative
distribution, dominant species and diversity of the zooplankton was studied in Spring(May)and Summer(Au
gust ), 2015. The results showed that 42 species belonging to 11 groups were identified from the samples, among
hich Copepoda was the most diverse (10 species). The dominant species were Nemopsis bachei and Acanthomy-
sis longirostris in Spring, and the dominant species were A. longirostris and Mysidacea larva in Summer. The
individual numbers of zooplankton in the Oujiang Estuary during Spring and Summer were low, the abundance
of zooplankton ranged from 0.14 to 7.66 ind/ with an average of 1. 41 ind/m in Spring and the abundance of
zooplankton ranged from 0.12 lo 2. 19 ind/mwith an average of 0.56 ind/min Summer. The results showed
cluster analysis divided the zooplankton into three assemblages in Spring, and two assemblages in Summer
Correlation analysis showed that salinity was the main factors influencing the community structure of zooplank
ton in the oujiang estuary during spring and summer
