热喷处理污泥及其复混肥的养分效率与生物效

摘要:采用卒内分析和田间4物试验,研究了热喷处理氵其复混把的分供应能力及它们在衣地上施用对土壤肥力、青
菜产量及其品质的影.结果表明:热喷处理能有效杀灭污泥病原物除昊,并可使污泥中水溶性有机碳和速效氮磷含量
分別提高87%,19%利35%.施用热喷污泥制成的复混肥不但比等养分的尢机复合肥多增产38%,而且青菜体内Vc利水溶
性总糖等营乔品质也有明显的提高.NO2却只有尢机复合肥处理的?半左石.污泥祭热喷处理有利于提高污泥中养分的生
物有效性,特別是热喷污泥成的复混肥氮磷荞分利用率显著高于心机复合肥.施用污泥和污泥复混肥还能提高上:壤肥力
比单纯大量施污泥要安全得多,上地使用年限可延长40倍.

Abstract: Scwagc sludge was prctrcatcd by steam explo ion and then developcd into th organo-inorganic compound fertilizer through
incorporating with a given amount of chemical fertilizers. The field experiment was conducted to assess the eflect o! prel realed sludge
and the compound fertilizer on the no heading Chinese cabbage yield, soil fertility and nutrient bioavailability. The process of steam
explosion can eliminate pathogen and ch sgusted odor in sewage sludge within a relalive shorl time. The loss of tolal organic C, N and
P of sewage sludge is negligible by steamrexploded treatment, but the dissolved organic C, available N and P in the pret reated sludge
can be increased significantly by 87 %, 19 and 35 Tespectively. ompared to inor anic compound fertilizer on basis of cqual nr
trient imput, the application of the sludge compound fertilizer elevated vegetable yicld by 38%, the bioavailablity of N and P and
duced nitrate content in plant by about 50. The higher concentration of Ve and total sugar in the plants grown in thc plots amended
with sludge, prclrcalcd sludge, and sludge compound fertilizer wcrc also observed in this l udy

城市污水处理的运行对改善我国水环境起了巨人的作用,截止1998年底,我国各类规
模的城市污水处理厂已发展到398座,还有相当多的污水处理厂正在扩建和兴建之中①然而
目前城市污水处理厂在处理污水的同时所产生:的新的废弃物一城市污泥,却尤正常合理的
处置途径.污的不规范处置,如随意帘置,农地滥用等对生态环境已造成严重的潜在威
胁山,2.解决污泥的出路已成为非常紧迫的仁务.
