    摘要】目的利用碲化镉-3-巯基丙酸(CdTe-3-MPA)核壳量子点在大鼠体内建立一种简单高效的淋巴实时显像
    方法。方法分別于大鼠(れ=15)前肢皮下、后肢皮下、胃窦部胃小弯侧浆膜下注射量子点,观察量子点移行情况
    结果四肢注射的量子点,15min即出现明显移行,前肢移行到胶窝,后肢则移行到腹股沟。随着时间的延长,量
    子点继续沿着淋巴管移行,但始终没有越过前正中线。胃部注射的量子点,30min时移行至胃后面淋巴结。结论
    CdTe-3-MPA核壳量子点的淋巴系统成功显像提示CdTe-3-MPA核売量子点具有辅助淋巴结显影的新潜力。

    Abstract Objective To develop a real-time imaging method for identifying lymph nodes with Cdte-
    3-MPA quantum dots in rats. Methods Different rats (n=15) received CDTE-3-MPA quantum dots
    injection at the subserosal layer in the lesser curvature of gastric antrums, the subcutaneous of anterior
    and posterior limbs, respectively. Then draining lymphatic channels and lymph nodes were visualized b
    a near-infrared fluorescence imaging system. Results Lymph nodes with CDTE-3-MPA quantum dots
    were visualized after 15 minutes in the axillary fossa and groin after CDTE-3-MPA quantum dots
    injection at the subcutaneous of anterior and posterior limbs. However, CDTE-3-MPA quantum dots did
    not transfer to the contralateral parts in the whole process. Quantum dots were distributed in the back
    of stomach 30 minutes after CDTE-3-MPA quantum dots injection at the stomach. Conclusions Near-
    infrared fluorescence imaging of lymph nodes with CDTE-3-MPA quantum dots suggests a nove
    potential for assisting images of lymph nodes
