摘要:介绍了一种载金炭高效常溶剂蒸汽解吸一电解新装置及其控制系统。该装置率先将解吸与电解采
用各自的专用设备,断开分成为两个工序进行,消除了安全隐患,并实现了安全、高效生产。其控制系统采用5
路温度检测、2路PID温度调节与1路液位控制组成了对溶剂蒸汽解吸与贵液电解的有效控制,具有简捷、可靠、
方便、实用的特色。推广应用表明,采用本工艺技术,所需解吸时间仅为10~11h、解吸率高达97%~99%、所
需解吸液体积<1mれ炭、解吸后贵液的含金浓度为5000800g/m、电解回收率>99%、解吸一电解总回收
率达到97%~98%,而且能耗低、无污染,具有良好的经济效益与社会效益。

ABSTRACT A new kind of gold loaded canons high efficient atmospheric pressure solvent desorption with steam-electrolysis de-
vice and its contr s stem is introduced in this paper. This device take the lead in disconnecting desorption and electrolysis into two working
orocedures with each one s special equipment, thereby hidden danger is eliminated and the safe, high efficiency production is realized. Its
control system is composed by 5 way emperature detection, 2 way PID temperature regulation and 1 way liquid level control, which can ef-
fectively control the solvent steam desoption and re ant solution electrolysis, which has the simple, stable, convenient and practical fea-
tures. Popular zation and application shows, if this process technology is adopted, the needed desorption time is only 10-11 hours, and
the desorption rate reaches up to 97%-99%, the needed desorption solution volume <1m per ton of carbon, the gold bearing concentra
tion of pregnant solution after desoption s 5 000 m the elec rolysis recovery rate >99%, the total recovery rate of desorption
electrolysis is 97%-98%; it has low energy consumption and has no pollution, it has the good economic benefits and social benefit.
