新型低剪切静态混合噐结构优化研究

摘要:针对三次采油注聚物静态混合器对聚丙烯酰胺溶液剪切降解大的缺点,设计了一种新型静
态混合器以满足聚合物驱油混合过程低剪切的要求,实验结果表明:①PAM溶液降解率随着叶片
单元数目增大而増加,随着叶片角度增加而减少。②叶片角度为60°、混合长度1m为最佳的结
构。③通过计算开孔方式、开孔大小及开孔数目对混合效果的影响,得到前部均匀开孔、开孔孔径
mm、开孔数39个的结构混合效果最佳。

Research on Structure Optimization of New Type Static Mixer with Low Shearing Rate

Abstract: Owing to the defects that the static mixer used in EOR polymer for mixing polyacryl-
amide (PAM) shear degradation was big, a new type of static mixer was designed to meet the re
quirements of the EOR injection polymer for the low shearing rate in the mixing process. It was
concluded from the degradation experiments that PAM solution degradation rate increased with
the number of leaf unit increased, and with the blade angle reduced. The mixing comparison ex
eriments were made to optimize the best structure, which was the collocation of the 60 blade
angle and the I m mixing length. From the investigation of the effects of the rate of hole, hole lo
cation, hole size, the number of openings on the pipe, it was concluded that the front uniform
hole, the hole diameter of 3 mm, the hole number of 39 were the structure with the best mix
effect. The results showed that the design of static mixers could meet the industrial requirements
of the polymer on degradation rate.

聚合物驱是一种有效的三次采油技术。在采油达到聚合物驱油的工艺要求。目前,用于聚合物
过程中,静态混合器的作用是将质量分数0.5%的驱油的静态混合器大多是从化工行业移植过来的,
聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)母液与采出水等比例混合成聚主要有 Kenics型、SMV型及SMX型几种,主要结
合物水溶液后注人井下,用以保证混合溶液的黏度构示意图见图1
