基于 Compactlogixl的500kV海缆油泵站系统的自动控制

摘要:本文对中国南方电网海南联网500kV海缆油泵站系统进行了简单的工艺介绍,并详细介绍了基于AB公司
Compactlogix系列PLC的控制系统的设计与实现,介绍了硬件结构、模块卡件的选型以及系统整体的网络拓扑结
构,接着介绍了人机界面的组态情况,最后分析了运行效果,系统能准确可靠地自动完成各项操作要求,能够远传
系统的各类报警信息,达到真正的无人值守自动运行,基本处于免维护的状态,达到了设计要求。

Abstract: In this paper, the China southern power grid hainan connected to 500 kv submerged pump station system has carried
on the simple process, and introduces in detail based on AB company Compactlogix series of PLC control system design and
implementation, this paper introduces the hardware structure, the module card a selection as well as the overall system network
topology structure, then introduces the man-machine interface configuration, finally analyzes the running effect, the system
can complete all operation requirements, accurate and reliable automatic remote transmission system of all kinds of alarm
information, reach real automatic unattended operation, basic is in a state of free maintenance, meet the design requirements

中国南方电网海南500kV联网系统系我国首个长距离、
大容量、超高压跨海联网输变电系统。跨海段线路应用的

是500kV充油海缆,其结构详见图1。油泵站系统为海缆

在海口的林诗岛终端站以及湛江的南岭终端站同时为海缆
供油,也起到冗余作用。图2所示为油泵站里的撬装式设备,接在一起,形成功能完备的为海缆供油的油泵站系统,实
全部集成在一起,通过管道与外部一个绝缘油储罐系统连时监控海缆油压状态、油流模式、运行状态。当海缆正常
