二乙烯三胺一长链脂肪酸体系的界面剪切流变性质

摘要:利用双锥法研究了长链脂肪酸模拟油-二乙烯三胺溶液体系的界面剪切流变性质,考察了界面老化时间、应
变幅度和剪切频率对界面剪切流变参数的影响,探讨了脂肪酸的疏水链长和饱和度与界面膜性能的关系。结果表
明,在脂肪酸模拟油-二乙烯三胺溶液体系中,脂肪酸与有机碱二乙烯三胺反应,生成阴离子型表面活性剂脂肪酸
皂;脂肪酸皂与二乙烯三胺能够通过静电相互作用形成界面聚集体,与脂肪酸皂混合吸附,形成一定强度的界面
膜。随脂肪酸疏水链长增加,体系界面膜排列更为紧密,剪切复合模量、弹性模量和黏性模量均随之而増大;脂
肪酸疏水链中引人双键,分子尺寸增加,体系界面膜变得疏松,剪切复合模量、弹性模量和黏性模量均明显降低。

Interfacial Shear Rheological Properties of Diethylenetriamine-long Chain Fatty Acids System

Abstract: The interfacial shear rheological properties of fatty acids model oil-diethylenetriamine
solution system were studied by biconical method. The effects of aging time, strain amplitude and
shear frequency on interfacial shear rheological data of the system were investigated. The
relationships between the length and saturation of alkyl chain in fatty acid and the interfacial shear
rheological properties were also expounded. The experimental results showed that the soaps
produced by the reaction of fatty acid and organic alkali formed the interfacial aggregates wit
diethylenetriamine through electrostatic interaction. Then the mixed adsorption of the aggregates
and soap molecules formed the interfacial film with certain strength on oil-water interface. The
mixed adsorption film will become more compact with the increase of alkyl chain length in fatty acid
molecule, resulting in the enhancement of interfacial shear complex moduli, elastic moduli and
viscous moduli. On the other hand, the introduction of the double bond to hydrophobic chain o
fatty acid molecule will increase the molecular size, leading to the looser adsorption film
therefore, the interfacial shear rheological data of the system will decrease obviously.
