    永丰超白大方解石粉在ABS中的应用

    摘要:选取3种不同细度的由永キ超白大方解石制成的超細碳酸钙(CC)(CC-1250,CC-2500,CC-6000C)作
    为无机填料,以两斾腑丁二斾苯乙斾塑料(ABS)为基体,采用双螺杆挤出机制备了ABS/CC复合材料,研究了
    CC的细度和用量对ABS力学性能、熔体流动速率(MFR)和密度的影响。结果表明,在相同的CC(20份)用量下,
    度道中的CC-2500在ABS中的分散性最好,由其制备的ABS复合材料具有最好的综合力学性能和加工流动性以
    及最小的密度。随CC-2500用量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度逐漸减小,MFR先增加后降低,密度逐渐
    增大,而缺口冲击强度总体呈降低的趋势,但在CC2500用爱为20份时有所回升,基本与CC2500用量为5份时的
    数值相当。当CC2500用量为20份时,复合材料的综合性能最好,拉仲强度、弯曲强度、筒支梁和悬臂梁冲击强度
    分别达到37.25MPa,54.98MPa,18.42kJ/m2和22.87kJ/m2,MiR为12.33g/10min,密度为1.081g/cm。扫
    描电子显微镜結果显示,即使在用量较高的情況下,CC-2500仍可以均匀地分散在ABS基体中

    Abstract: Selecting three kinds of ultra-fine calcium carbonate(CC)(CC 1250, CC 2500, CC 6000) made of ultra-white big
    calcite produced from yongfeng of i'an with different fineness as inorganic fillers and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene plastic(BS)
    as matrix, the BS/CC composites were prepared successfully using a twin-screw extruder, the effects of CC fineness and content
    on the mechanical properties, melt flow rate (PR )and density of the composites were studied in detail. The results show that, un
    der same CC content(20 phr), compared with the CC 1250 and CC 6000, CC 2500 with medium fineness has best dispersion in
    the RS matrix and the BS/CC 2500 comosite has best comprehensive mechanical properties, processin flowability and lowest
    density. With the increase of C 2500 content, the tensile strength and bending strength of the composite decrease gradually, MPR
    increases initially and decreases afterwards, density increases gradually, while the Charpy and Izod notched impact strength decreas
    as a whole, but when CC 2500 content is 20 phr, their values are rebounded and are basically equal to those when CC 2500 content
    is 5 phr. When CC 2500 content is 20 phr, the composite has best comprehensive properties, the tensile strength, bending strength
    Charpy notched impact strength, Iod notched impact strength, MFR and density are 37.25 Mpa, 54.98 MTA, 18.42 KJ/m
    22.87 k I/m", 12.33 g/10 min and 1.081 g/cm, respectively. The SFM results show that under high content, CC 2500 still has
    homogeneous dispersion in ABS matrix
