有机硅改性阳离子淀粉降濃失剂的合成及性能

摘要:以六甲基二硅氩烷(以下称有机硅)、苯基有机胺、羧甲基淀粉等为原料,制备出一种油田钻
井液用抗165℃高温的有机硅改性阳离子淀粉睁漶失剂(OSCS)。FTIR结果显示,羧甲基淀粉
(CMS)结构上引入了苯基阳离子和有机硅基团。用差热分析考察其热稳定性,结果表明,OSCS的
热分解温度为262℃。用高温滚子加热炉和中压滤失量测定仪等钻井液专用仪器,考察了OSCS
的钻井液性能,结果显示,在170℃C高温滚动16h后较高温滚动前,API滤失量略有增加。因此所
合成的有机硅改性苯基阳离子淀粉降滅失剂OSCS在170℃高温下具有良好的耐热稳定性,适用
于井底温度低于170℃的深井钻探。

Abstract: A novel organsilicone-modified cationic starch filtrate reducer(OSCS) was prepared from hexam
ethyldisilazane, phenyl amine, carboxylmethyl starch (CMS) etc. The filtrate reducer with high tempera
ture-resistant capability was used for drilling fluid. FT IR indicated that both the phenyl cation group and
organic silicon functional group were introduced into the structure of carboxymethyl starch (CMS). Fur
thermore, its thermal stability was characterized by TG-DTA, showing that the decomposition of OSCS
was 262C. The properties of OSCS drilling fluid were studied by portable roller oven and API filter press.
The results revealed that the amount of API filtration of OSCS increased slightly after aging 16 h at 170C
Therefore, the obtained OSCS product has excellent thermal stability and it can be used for deep well drill
ing below170℃C

至高温高压地层时,以往大多处理剂在高温液处理剂中用量最大,研发抗高温的降滤失剂成为
