新型静电聚结器中水滴粒径的分布特性

摘要:传统电脱水器采用棵电极、乳化液含水率较高时,高强电场作用下容易发生击穿现象。设计了包覆绝缘层的
高压电极并加工了新型静电聚结器,采用水/原油乳状液为实验介质,并利用显微高速摄像系统结合图像处理技术,
考察了电场强度,乳化液流量、含水率对液滴粒径分布特性的影响。结果表明,液滴粒径分布与 Rosin-rammler分
布均吻合较好;包覆绝缘层的高压电极可有效防止电击穿现象的发生;增加电场强度有助于油、水分离,但高于临
界电场强度后,容易导致液滴破碎,并且含水率越高,最优电场强度越低;随着乳化液流量的增加,电场作用降
低,但高强电场在高流量下依然使液滴粒径明显增大。

Characteristics of Water Droplet Diameter Distribution in New Electrostatic Coalescer

Abstract Traditional electric dehydrator with bare electrodes is easily broken down by high voltage
when the water content is high. The insulated electrode and new type of electrostatic coalescer were
designed and made. The effects of electric field intensity, flow rate and water content of experiment
medium on the water droplet diameter and its distribution under high AC electric field were
investigated with water/crude oil emulsion as experiment medium. The micro high-speed camera
system and image processing technology were used to analyze the droplet size in the entrance and
outlet of electrostatic coalescer. The results indicated that the Rosin-rammler distribution could
satisfactorily predict the water droplet diameter distribution. The insulated high voltage electrode
could effectively prevent electric breakdown. High electric field intensity was conductive to the
coalescence of water droplets. If the electric field intensity is higher than the critical one, the water
droplets will rupture. The optimal electric field intensities decreased with the increase of water
content in experiment medium. With the increase of flow rate of experiment medium the effect o
electric field intensity was weakened, and high electric field intensity could still effectively promote
the coalescence of watcr droplets
