摘要:铁三乙醇胺(Fe-TEA)可作为媒质用于间接电化学法还原旋蓝.本工作采用循环伏安法研究了镟蓝在
Fe-TEA媒质中的电化学行为,比较了石墨、银、镍、不锈钢四种阴极材料的电催化性能,探讨了靛蓝间接电还原
的机理.此外,还进行了一组L43り正交电解实验,通过正交实验分析了各因素对电流效率的影响.实验结果表
明:在Fe(mD)-TEA媒质中,以不锈钢网为阴极可实现靛蓝的间接电化学还原,最高电流效率可达44.7%.在实验
所设计因素水平范围内,对电流效率影响最大的因素为Fe(mI)-TEA媒质浓度.在靛蓝的间接电还原过程中存在
种旋蓝自由基,该自由基能起到靛蓝电还原的媒质作用,在一定实验条件下,该能蓝自由基的媒质作用可以大
于Fe(-TEA.

Abstract Fe-triethonolamine(Fe-teacomplexes as mediator are well suitable for the indirect reduction ot indi
n our work, the reduction of ind o was inves aed in a RE-TE em by cyclic voltammetry(). The electrocatalytic
performance of four kinds of cathode materials(graphite, silver, nickel, and stainless steel)for the reduction of Fe(I)-
TEA was compared. Further experiments were carried out to compare the effects of operating parameters includin
temperature, current, concentrations of NAOH and Fe(D)-TEA. Experimental results showed that this new route was
feasible for the production of water-soluble indigo. A high current efficiency(44.%)was achieved using optimi
conditions and the concentration of the Fe()TEA mediator was found to be the main influence. A new indigo rad
mediator was formed during electrolysis and under certain condition, the effect of this indigo radical on the current
efficiency was larger than that of Fe(IID)-TE

靛蓝是一种具有三千多年历史的还原染料,在碱性水溶液中呈金黄色,被称为隐色体2,隐色体
当前的印染行业仍然具有十分重要的地位.全球每浸润纤维织物后能重新氧化成靛蓝,从而固着在纤
年大约消耗1万吨靛蓝用来生产近1亿条牛仔裤.维织物上实现染色6?.目前工业上用于还原旋蓝的
与大多数还原染料一样,氧化态靛蓝几乎不溶于水还原剂主要是保险粉(连二亚硫酸钠)(图1),在靛蓝
而还原态靛蓝则能溶于碱性水溶液还原态靛蓝在被还原的同时保险粉自身发生氧化反应,产生硫酸
