    摘要:以礎硫混酸化学浸提选择性脱除磔矿石中镁杂质过程为对象,研究脱镁过程中磷矿石的磷、镁、钙、铁铝、
    钾、钠等元素含量及其微观物理结构变化规律,为磷矿石脱镁预处理提供基础数据。设计了正:交实验并得到优化
    T艺条件:反应温度40℃:,搅拌速率300/rain,液固比5:1c'/g,pH值2-3,反应时间30min。采用扫描电镜
    (SEM)、化学分析、低温N2吸附(BE)等方法对脱镁过程中产物进行了表征与分析。研究表明:脱镁过程中化学反
    应导致磷矿石受得松多孔;主要组成脱除率随反应时间变化各异,Mg0脱除率高且含量持续下降,P20、和Ca0含
    量基本不变,Fe2O1,Na20和K20脱除率低,Al20脱除率逐步提高;:随着反应时间增长,礫矿石的比表面积与孔容
    均增大,而粒径分布无明显变化规律

    Process of magnesium removal from phosphate rock
    by chemical extraction

    Abstract: Selective removal of magnesium impurity from phosphate rock by chemical extraction using the mixture
    phosphoric and sulfuric acid was investigated. In order to provide basic data for magnesium removal from phosphate
    rock. the content of main chemical elements in phosphate rock such as phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, iron
    aluminum, potassium, sodium, and the changing law of its microstructure were also studied. The orthogonal
    experiment was designed and the optimized process conditions were obtained as follows: the reaction temperature 40
    the stirring rate 300 r/min, the ratio of liquid to solid 5: I cm/g, reaction time 30 min and the PH value between
    2 and 3. Moreover, te intermediate products were characterized by scanning electron microscope, chemical
    analysis, low temperature N adsorptions desorption. The results showed that the chernical reaction made phosphate
    rock loose and porous. The removal rates of main chemical elements with reaction time were different. The content
    of Mgo continued to decline with a high removal rate, the content of P Os and Ca0 almost unchanged, while
    Fe 0, Na,0 and K, O showed u low removal rate and the removal rate of Al, O, tended to increase gradually. It
    was also found that pore volume and the surface area of phosphate rock increased with
    reacton timle. wh].
