不锈钢带钢光亮退火马弗炉缺陷分析及修复

摘要分析得到了不锈钢光亮退火机组马弗管在高温自重长期服役条件下缺陷的形式及相应的原因。
马弗管在高温自重作用下易产生缩颂、厚度减薄、截面变形、龟裂、橡胶状弯出、鼓包、烧穿、焊缝开裂、渣濘、
高温腐蚀坑等缺陷。高温蠕变是除焊缝开裂、渣濘、高温腐蚀坑外多种缺陷产生的直接或间接原因,设计、制
造、使用工艺不当是引起诸如焊縫开裂、烧穿缺陷等的重要原因。针对各种缺陷特点.制定了合理修复技术
方案,现场应用表明修复工艺方案是切实可行的,从而保证了马弗炉的正常使用。
