旋转上提式油管泄油器的研制

摘要:河南油田目前使用的锚定式、投棒剪切式和提拉式等3种泄油器的泄油功能、效果和
可靠性等都不理想。为此,研制了旋转上提式油管泄油器,并配套研制了旋转式泄油管柱。泄油
器的锁定机构设计为主动打开方式,打开可靠度高达100%,旋转式泄油管柱的Y221封隔器胶筒
和摩擦片与套管壁之间存在黁擦,可为泄油器提供足够的矩,确保泄油器关闭。因此,旋转上
提式油管泄油器应对特殊情況能力强,不会出现意外打开泄油事故,具有重复关闭和打开功
能,适应性强。现场5口井的应用情况表明,旋转上提式油管泄油器没有出现意外打开情况,
性能稳定

Abstract: The drainage function, effect and reliability of the tubing drains currently used in Henan ilfield
are not satisfactory. Therefore, the rotary lifting tubing drain was developed and the malching rotary drainage string
was also developed. The locking mechanism of the drain is designed as active opening with a 100% opening relia
bility. There exists friction between the Y221 packer rubber and friction disk of the rotary drainage string and the
casing wall, which can provide sufficient torque for the drain so as to ensure the closing of the drain. Therefore, the
capacity of the drain to deal with special conditions is strong and the drainage accident due to unexpected opening
will not occur. The drain has the function of repeated closing and opening with a strong adaptability. The field ap
plication to five wells shows that the unexpected opening does not happen to the tubing draim

锚定式泄油器为液压式泄油器,泄油比较可
靠,由于其带有油管锚定(刚性锚定)装置,只
适用于全井合采的生产管柱。投棒剪切式泄油器是
