摘要:作为高路挢工程施工质量控制的基础位捂,铁建设[2010]240号文发布实的く高速铁路桥滛工程
工质量验收标准》(TD10752-2010),与同时废止的《客运专线缺路桥涵工程施工质量验收暂行标准》(铁建设
2005160号)相比,在施工质量保证持施、技术要求、质量指标、验收程序等方面均有较大支化。結合标准编制过
程的实际体会,从编制依据、编制原则、主要内容及与相关标准的关系等方面进行解析,并对实际应用中需要注意
的具体问题等予以着重说明,为建设各方人员全面理解和正确执行标准提供参考。

Abstract: As a basis for control of the construction quality of high-speed railway bridge and culvert
engineering the issued and implemented Standard for Construction Quality Acceptance of High-speed
Railway Bridge and Culvert Engineering(Tb10752-2010)(Document Tie Jian She [2010] No 240)
compared with the Iter m Standard for Quality aceptance of Bridge and Culvert Works of Passenger-
dedicated Railteay (Document Tie Jian She 2005] No. 160 ), has relatively greal changes in
construction quality assurance measures, technical requirements, quality indexes and acceptance
procedures, etc. In combination with the actual experience in the standard preparation, the article
analyzes the issues n such respects as preparation basis, preparation principles, major content and
relationship with relevant other standards, and emphasizes the specific problems to be noted in actual
pplication so as to provide information for all interested parties to fully understand and correctl
implement the standard

(以下简称《原标准》)同时废止。
《新标准》适用于新建时速250-350km高速铁路
2010年12月8日,铁道部铁建设[2010]240号文桥涵工程施工质量的验收,时速250km以下客运专
发布了9项高速铁路工程施工质量验收标准,其中包线、城际铁路桥涵工程施工质量的验收参照执行。新
括《高速铁路桥涵工程施工质量验收标准〉标准系在原标准的基础上,充分吸纳京津、武广、郑西、
(TB10752-2010),(以下简称《新标准》),自印发之合宁、合武、石太、东南沿海、沪宁、京沖等高速铁路的
日起实施。作为被替代标准,《客运专线铁路桥涵工建设、运营经验编制而成。

《新标准》共分19章,主要内容包括:总则、术语
