    摘要
    能源是发展社会生产和提高人民生活水平的重要物质基础,在国民经济发展中占有
    先决的地位。电力工业的发展程度已成为一个国家经济和文化发达程度的重要标志。保
    证供给充足的电力,已成为各个地区、各个国家发展经济的先决条件。长期的实践使人
    们认识到,火力发电厂热力系统中的水汽品质,是影响火力发电厂热力设备(锅炉、汽
    轮机等)安全、经济运行的重要因素之一。科学而准确的对水汽指标进行监测与控制,
    及时反馈信号以方便我们的判断指挥,降低汽水损失率,提高电厂的自动化水平,以保
    证电厂经济、安全地运行。
    论文结合本部门机组水汽质量管理的现状与方法,针对现有电厂水处理中加药过程
    多采用的是手动控制,大量的日常水汽质量数据需要人工处理、人工控制,费时还容易
    出错,从人力和物力上都造成极大浪费的现状,利用在线仪表实现对现场水汽质量参数
    的采集,结合自动控制方法的研究,设计出自动加氨与自动加磷酸钠系统,进而实现对
    水汽质量的监控与管理。同时文中还研究了PID控制参数的整定问题,使用径向基函数
    ( Radial Basis Funct ion)神经网络理论对控制器参数进行整定,给出了仿真结果,
    证明方法可行,有待在实际应用中做进一步的研究。通过建立电厂水汽质量数据的计算
    机控制系统,实时采集现场水汽质量的各项数据,自动生成管理报表与判别水汽质量,
    实现一种代替人工、自动控制水汽质量的方法,系统解决了电厂水汽质量控制与管理的
    问题,对建立水汽质量的信息化处理意义重大。

    The Research of Water Vapor Quality On-line Monitor and Control

    Abstract
    Energy, which is the important material foundation of the development of social
    production and the improvement of people,s living level, holds a prerequisite status in the
    development of national economy. The development level of the electronic power industry
    as become the important symbol of a national economy and cultural. Ensure adequate
    electric power has become the preconditions in each region and nation. The long-term
    fulfillment makes people realize that the quality of the water in thermal heating system of the
    thermal power plant is one of the important factors that influences the safety of
    thermodyamic energy equipments (the boiler, the vapor round machine etc. )and the
    economy circulate. Scientific and accurate monitoring and control of aqucous indicators,
    timely feedback signals to facilitate our judgment command and reduce soft drinks loss rate
    increase plant automation level to ensure the economic and safety of the plant.
    This text put forward by combining the present condition and the method of vapor
    quality management. Against the condition that many plant add the medicine by
    handing-control in the during the water processing, quantity of data about daily vapor quality
    needs artificial processing and control, it's a wasting of time and easy to make mistakes, and
    at last causing the large waste of human force and the materials. We make use of the online
    instrument to collect the parameters of the vapor quality presently, and combine the research
    of automatic control methods to design the automatic adding ammonia system and the
    automatic adding phosphate natrium system, further carry out the supervision and
    management of the quality to the water vapor. Also the tuning of PID control parameters is
    considered in the article. The neural network of Radial Basis Function(RBF)tunes the control
    parameters, and the simulation result is showed to prove the method is usefulness, and the
    content is more worked over in practice application. By setting up the computer control
    system of vapor quality data, and acquiring real-time a variety of field data, realize automatic
    report be built and water vapor quality be differentiated, moreover c
