新型防霉剂双乙酸钠的合成研究

摘要:双乙酸钠是一种新型防霉剂。在以乙酸和碳酸钠为原料,水作溶剂的条件下合成双乙酸钠。对影响产品质量和收率的主要参数进
行了研究和优化,并确定了最佳工艺条件:n(awom:nso)=4.10:1,反应温度为80-85℃,回流反应时间为2.5-3.0h,溶剂水的质量分
率为10%,结晶冷却速度为2-3℃ /mine。在此最佳工艺条件下,母液全部循环利用,产品收率达到9%%,且质量符合CB12493-90。该方法
具有原料价廉易得,无污染以及易于实现工业化生产等优点。

双乙酸钠( Sodium Diacetate,SDA)是一种新型的高用安全的防霉剂,因而在国外其开发和应用一直很受重

Abstract: Objective: To study the in vitro and in vivo de radation behavior of zein. Methods: 65%(/ml)zein colloid was
prepared with 95% ethanol solution, then colloid was injected into mold to prepare rod zein, through te intrinsic viscosity,
quality changes, and scanning electron microscopy to study of zein in vivo and in vitro degradation process. Results: zein can
be degraded in vivo and in vitro, the surface of zein rods became rough, but length and overall shape of zein rods was not
changed in vi and in vitro e ration, and the degradation rate in vivo was faster than in vitro degradation rate. As the
degradation proceeded, the rod surface became gradually rough, however, the rod surface have emerged with concave-shaped
absorption in the body
