    苯基噌啉铱配合物的合成及电致发光性质

    摘要:合成了一种新型环金属铱I⑩配合物(dlpc)apir,通过核磁共振氯谱和飞行吋间质谱对配合物的结构进行了定,同时对
    其光物理性能和电化学性能进行了表征。结果表明( dpi)2ir(pic)在二氯甲烷中的发光波长为657nm,量子产率约为0.005,磷光
    寿命为226ns。其HOMO能级为-5.16eV, LUMO能级为-3.16eV。将铱配合物以0.5~4.0%质量浓度摻杂于聚乙烯基咔唑(PVK)
    2-(4-叔丁基苯)5-4联苯基)-1,3,4嗯二唑(PBD)中,通过旋涂成膜做成电致发光器件。掺杂2.0%的器件表现出最好的性能,电
    致发光波长为658nm。器件的启明电压为11.V,最大外量子效率为9.1%,最大亮度为2484cdm2,对应的流明效率为5.31
    cd-A+。色坐标是(0.660.31)接近标准红色的色坐标。

    Synthesis and Electroluminescent Properties of Cyclometalated
    Iridium() Complex with Phenylcinnoline Ligand

    Abstract: A cyclometalated iridium D)complex( pci) r(ic)(dpci=3. 4-diphenylcinnoline, pic=picolinate)was
    synthesized and characterized by NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. The photophysical properties and
    electrochemical properties of( pci) I r(pic) were investigated. The photoluminescence spectrum of(dpci) Ir(pic)in
    CH2 Cl 2 shows emission maximum at 657 nm with a lifetime of 226 ns and quantum yield of ca. 0.005. The
    HOMO energy level is-516 ev and LUMO is -316 ev, the HOMO and LUMO levels of the complex are exactly
    betwcen the HOMO energy level and LUMO cnergy level of poly(vinylcarbazole)(PVK)and 2-tert-butylphenyl-5
    biphenyl-1, 3, 4-oxadiazole (PBD). To illustrate the electroluminescent properties of Ir( complex, the devices
    using the complex as dopant were fabricated by solution-processed technology, and with the following structures
    Tin-doped indium oxide(Poly(, 4-ethylenedioxythiophene)(pedot-poly(styrenesul onate)(PSS)(40 nm
    PVK:PBD:(dpci)lr(pic)(0.5wt%-4.0wt%)(70nm)/1,3,5-tris(N-phenylbenzimidazol-2-yl)-benzene(TPB)(30nm)∥
    CSF (1.5 nm Al (120 nm ). Polymer light-emitting devices using the complex as dopant exhibit intense saturated
    red emission with CIE coordinates of(66, 0.31). The device with 2.0% doping concentration of(dpci) lr(pic)has
    the best performance with a maximum external quantum efficiency of 9.1% and luminance efficiency of 5.31 ed
    A. The maximum luminance is 2 484 cdm"at a current density of 100 MA.m. The devices show a gradual
    increase in tur-on voltage with increased dopant concentration at a given current density from 0.5% to 4.0%
