    电机转子是电机中最为重要的铸铝件之一,其结构复杂,利用多方案实验方法计
    算量巨大、耗时长,本文通过较为科学的实验方法,对几个重要的工艺参数进行研究,
    从而提出简单优选的参数搭配方案,以期达到减少工作量、提高铸件质量的目的。
    本文对优化电机转子压铸工艺参数的实验方案进行了详细的论述。采用三因素三
    水平正交试验法对电机转子压力铸造工艺方案进行了优化设计,研究了三个主要的工
    艺参数(浇铸温度、压射速度、浇铸压力)对铸件的影响。实验结果表明:(1)随着
    浇铸温度的升高,欠铸等缺陷产生的倾向有所减少,压铸件縮孔、飞边等缺陷产生的
    倾向有所增大;(2)随着压射速度的提高,压铸件縮孔、縮松等缺陷产生的倾向有所
    减少;(3)随着浇铸压力的增大,压铸件冷隔、欠铸等缺陷产生的倾向有所减少,但
    变形、飞边等缺陷产生的倾向有所增大。综合优化后的工艺参数为:浇铸温度为
    700℃,压射速度为3m/s,浇铸压力为60KN。
    通过对电机转子压力铸造工艺的分析,掌握了该电机转子充型、凝固的规律以及
    存在的问题,得出了优化的压力铸造工艺参数,采用优化后的工艺参数对电机转子进
    行压铸,并对其铸件质量进行解剖和宏观分析,分析结果表明:正交实验优化后的电
    机转子压铸件的质量得到提高。为企业带来了实际效益,为获得具有自主知识产权的
    电机转子压力铸造工艺提供了重要数据。

    Abstract
    Motor rotator is one of the most important cast aluminum members. The
    configuration is so complex that it spends so much calculation and time by experimental
    method using multi-program. This paper mainly researched several main parameters using
    scientific experimental method, thus introduced a simple project with optimized
    parameters in order to achieve a goal that can reduce in workload and improve the quality
    of castings
    This article discussed the experimental project of optimizing motor rotators
    die-casting process parameters in detail. The high pressure die-casting technology for
    producing motor rotator was optimized by orthogonal experimentation of 3 factors and 3
    levels, and the effects of three main parameters(casting temperature, injection speed and
    casting pressure )on cast quality were investigated. It was found that the trend of casting
    owing defects decreased slightly with increasing casting temperature and pressure,
    meanwhile deformation and burr will increased. The trend of shrinkage porosity defects
    decreased slightly with increasing velocity of shot. The optimum parameters are: casting
    temperature 700 C; injection speed 3m/s; casting pressure 60KN
    The high pressure die-casting technology for producing motor rotator was analyzed,
    by which the mould filling and solidification were fully understood and the problems
    existed during rotator casting was configured. The motor rotator was casted using the
    optimized process parameters, and its quality was macro-analysis. The result shows that
    the quality of motor rotor die casting through orthogonal experiment optimized is
    improved, which bring tangible benefits to enterprises and gives an important data for
    getting the independent intellectual property of the high pressure die-casting technology
    for producing motor rotator
