摘要:为考察检定结果的可信度,对湿度检定结果进行不确定度评定。分别分析DJM10型湿度检定箱数字式标准干湿
表和精密露点仪-伟思富奇气候试验箱两种湿度检定装置检定混度传感器HMP45D的检定结果,依据JF1059.1-2012测
量不确定度评定与表示》中的方法,建立数学模型,分析测量结果的不确定度来源,对各不确定度分量进行计算并计算出各
分量所占总不确定度比例。相对湿度30%RH~98%RH时,HMP45D测量结果的扩腿不确定度分别为3.0%RH和2.1%
RH。最后得出结论:不同准确度等级的标准器和检定装置,不确定度分析结果不同。

Abstract In order to invetigate the reliability of te verification results, the uncertainty in measurement was evalu
ated. The HMP45D humidity sen ors were respectively verified by DJM10 humidity examination box-digital Stand
and Psychrometer and precision dewpoint h rometer-weiss voetsch control box, and the verification results were
analyzed. According to JJF1059. 1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement, the mathe-
matical model was established and the sources of uncer ainty were point out which effect the measurement results
