    摘要
    涡旋压缩机以其高效节能、低噪声、无氟、环保等优点,成为未来汽车空调
    发展的主导产品,具有广阔的市场。轻骑发动机公司结合自己的情况,积极进行
    产品结构调整,向汽车零部件领域开拓,这不仅符合公司自身的利益,同时,也
    符合社会发展的需求。涡旋压缩机特有的工作原理和结构设计,给涡旋压缩机的
    生产带来了一些难题。为此,我们成立了技术攻关小组,对材料、设备、刀具和
    夹具进行反复研究。针对低压铸造涡旋盘毛坯的缺陷,研制了铝合金新材料,并
    采用了锻造毛坯新工艺。
    涡旋压缔机对零部件质量要求较高,为此研究了涡旋压缩机零部件的结构特
    征,分析制定了关键件的生产工艺:结合现有的生产条件,合理划分加工工艺,
    减少前期投资,回避试制风险;采用先进加工设备,保证了涡旋盘等零部件的加
    工质量;设计了合理的装配工艺,使得装配后的整机性能更加稳定。
    在借鉴发动机生产经验的基础上,设计专用机加工装配15套,专用装配工装
    27套。在工装设计过程中,采用优化设计方法,在满足工艺要求的前提下,尽量
    做到结构简单、操作灵活、夹紧可靠,为涡旋压缩机的试生产奠定了基础。在装
    配过程中,为降低加工成本,提高涡旋压缩机裝配精度,采用了成组技术,进行
    分组装配。在产品的试制过程中,对试制过程中的每一个环节进行严格的过程控
    制。合理确定产品技术性能指标和检测手段,制定了高于国家标准的备案企业标
    准,并严格按企业标准进行检测。
    第一批产品问世后,一方面到国家权威部门进行性能检测,另一方面自己进
    行耐久性试验和送一部分给用户进行实况检验。实践证明,所开发的QS90涡旋
    压缩机产品质量稳定,性能指标高于现行相关国家标准,个别性能指标超过日本
    同类产品水平。

    ABSTRACT
    The scroll compressor is becoming the leading product used by automobile air
    conditioners and has a promising market because of its advantages of high efficiency,
    energy saving, low noise, fluorine free, and environment protecting. In accordance to
    the practical situation, the Light Motorcycle Engine Company adjusts its product mix
    and makes efforts to step into the market of automobile parts and components. This kind
    of adjustment conforms to the self-interest of the company and to the requirement of
    social development as well. However, many difficulties arise in the production field
    because of the specia) operating principle and construction of the volute compressor
    Thus, a technical panel is set up to carry out studies on materials, equipment, cutting
    tools, and fixtures. Aiming at the defects in volute plate blank cast under lower pressure,
    the technical panel develops new aerolite materials, and new forging techniques
    Since quality parts and components are needed, the structural features of the
    compressor parts and components are studied; and manufacturing technique is worked
    out. Combined with the existing plant conditions, manufacturing processes are specified
    so as to reduce the front-end investment and the risks that may occur during
    pre-production. To ensure the manufacturing quality of volute plate, advanced
    processing equipment are used. The panel also lays out practical technological lines to
    make the operating performarce of the compressor more stable
    Using the factory practice for reference, the pane! designs 15 sets of special
    machining tools and 27 sets of special assembling tool setups. Optimum design is used
    rhen designing tool setups, which lays a sound foundation for the pre-production
    Group technology is used when assembling so that production cost is reduced and the
    assembling precision is improved. Also, severe process control is taken for each step of
    the pre-production. The technical indees and relevant testing methods are more severe
    than those of the national standards
    The new product inspection reports by national authorities, the company and t
    customers show that the quality of the newly-developed WQS90 compressor is steady
    and some performance indexes surpass the existing national standards and some reach
    the criterion for the like products in Japan
