FCC汽油选择性HDS催化剂Co-Mo/镁铝
尖晶石-Al2O3的研制

摘要:采用镁铝尖晶石(MgAl2O)对yAl2O进行了改性,并以其为载体,以Co-Mo为活性组元,采用等体积浸
溃法制备f一系列MgAl2O4含量不同的Co-Mo/MgAl2O4-Al2O)催化剂。以FCC汽油为原料,在高压微反装置
对Co-Mo/MgAl2O4-Al2O催化剂的加氢脱硫(HDS)活性进行了评价,计算了催化剂的HDS选择性因子。采用低
温N2吸附-脱附、XRD、NH3-TPD、PyIR及TPR手段对镁铝尖晶石改性后载体和相应催化剂进行了表征。结果
表明,CoMo/MgAl2(O)-Al2(3催化剂具有较高的HIDS活性和较大的HDS选择性因子。镁铝尖晶石的加人减弱了
载体的酸性,减弱了金属与载体的相互作用,提高了催化活性,降低了反应温度,从而使催化剂的HDS选择性因
子提高。在MgA2O2-Al2O。载体中镁铝尖品石质量分数为50%时,其所制备的Co-Mo/MgAl2O4-Al2O的HDS
选择性因子达到最大值。

Abstract The -Al O, was modified by magnesium-aluminum spinel(Mgal2 O), and a series of modified
Al2 O supported Co-mo catalysts(co-mo/Mgal O, -Al2o, )were prepared by impregnation method. The
hydrodesulfurization (HDS) performances of Co-mo/Mg O, were evaluated in a
high-pressure micro-reactor system, by using catalytic cracking gasoline as feedstock, and the HDS
selectivity factor was calculated. The modified supports and catalysts were characterized by methods
of N2 adsorption-desorption, XRD, NH -TPD, PY-IR and TPR. The results indicated that
Co-mo/Mg Al2 O, -Al2 O; showed high HDS activity and selectivity. The addition of Mgal O, in
supported CO-MO catalyst could decrease the acidity of supports and also reduce the reduction
temperature, which were beneficial for increasing HDS activity and HDS selectivity factor. When
the optimum mass fraction of magnesium-aluminum spinel addition was% in Mgalo-al2o
support of Co-mo/Mg Al2 O, -Al2 O the HDS selectivity factor reached its maximum value
