多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌对成二醛消毒剂的
敏感性

【摘要】目的探讨鲍受不动杆茵对消毒剂的敏感性,为医院消毒措施提供参考依据。方法采用消毒剂
对细菌最低杀菌浓度(MBC)和最低抑菌浓度(MIC)的检测方法,评估鲍曼不动杆菌对3种消毒剂的敏感性。采
用PCR方法检测耐消毒剂基因qacE△1-su结果邻苯二甲醛消毒剂、纯成二醛消毒剂、2%强化成二慾消毒
剂对多重耐药鲍曼不动杆茵的MBC値分别为500、200002500mg/L,MIC值分別为250、5000315mg/L。邻苯
二甲醛消毒剂、纯成二醛消毒剂、2%强化戊二消毒剂对敏感鲍曼不动杅菌的MBC值分别为250、100001250

Abstract] Objective To study the susceptibility of Acinetobacter baumannii Lo common disinfectants and to pro
vide more practical measures for hospital disinfection. Methods The susceptibilities of multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter
baumannii to three common disinfectants in hospital were evaluated by determination of minimum bactericidal concentration
(MB)and minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC). Disinfectant resistance gene qaceal-sull was detected by PCR
Results The MBCS of formaldeyde infectant, glutaraldehyde disinfectant and 2% strengthening glutaraldehyde disin
fectatht against multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii were 500, 20000 and 2 500 mg/L, respectively, while the
MICS were 250, 5 000 and 315 mg/L, respeetively. The MBCS of formaldehyde disinfectant, glutaraldehyde disineclan
