桥式同心配水器的研制与试验

摘要:针对偏心和桥式偏心配水器在大斜度井、深井、多层分注井以及采出水回注井中应用
时测调成功率低和效率低等问题,研制了桥式同心配水器。该配水器拥有较大桥式过流通道,配
水器与可调水嘴一体化结构设计,水嘴无级连续调节,中心通道内机电一体化同心测调作业。该
配水器在长庆油田现场试验210ロ井,最大井深2835m,最大井斜46.2°,试验成功率100%,
次测调成功率90%以上,平均单井测调时间8h,试验效果良好,具有广阔的推广应用前景。

Abstract: The testing and allocation success rate and efficiency are low in the application of eccentric and
bridge-type eccentric water distributors in highly deviated well, deep well, multilayer injection well and
produced
water reinjection well. Therefore, the bridge concentric water distributor was developed. The distributor has consid-
erably large bridge overcurrent channel. The distributor is structurally integrated with adjustable nozzle which is
ized by stepless continuous regulation. The mechanical and electrical integration and concentric testing op-
eration are designed within the central channel. The testing success rate, efficiency and precision are high. The dis
tributor was applied to 210 wells in Changging Oilfield. The maximum well depth was 2 835 m; the maximum de-
flection was 46. 2: the test success rate was 100%: the single-testing success rate was more than 90%: the aver-
age single-well testing time was 8 h. The test effect is desirable and the technological performance is reliable. The
distributor has a bright prospect of spread and application
