汽车减震器油的研制

摘要:为解决因进口减震器油使汽车成本大幅増加的问题,特研制出一种属于我国的汽车减緹器油。以加氢基
础油为主,辅以光亮油和溶剂油,作为减震器油的基础油,加入具有特定功能的添加剂,对其粘度、凝点、闪点、酸
值、蒸发损失、破乳性、橡胶溶胀性等性能进行測试,确定减緹器油的配方。结果表明,此种减震器油的性能达到了
福斯减震器油的指标要求,旋转氧弹值为412min,表明抗氧防腐性比福斯减緹器油的442min好,并且破乳时间
0.930min比福斯油破乳时间低,价格更低;耐久性台架实验表明,其理化性能在实验前后无变化。因此该配方可
以进行投资生产,并为研制减震器油提供一定的依据。

Abstract: In order o solve the problem of the substantially increased costs on shock absorber oil, it de
veloped shock absorber oil belonging to CI
nobile, The base oil of shock absorber oil included
hydrogenated base oil as a main component, bright stock and solvent oil as the assistant. The formula of
shock absorber oil was defined by adding particular function additives. Then the performance test was
made for the shock absorber oil, such as viscosity, freezing point, flash point, acid value, evaporation
loss, demulsifying ability, and rubber swelling property etc. All results show that the properties of the
shock absorber oil reach the index requirement of Fuchs, in addition, the shock absorber oil has a better
antioxidant corrosion resistance and demulsifying ability than that of the Fuchs( rotary oxygen bomb val
ne is 412 min, demulsification time is 0.930 min and the price is lower;a durability plat orm experi
ment was been made, it was found that the property had no change before and after the test. So the for-
mula can invest and product. All these tests and data would provide a basis for the study of car shock ab-
sorber oil

减震器油是装在减震器中的一种专用油,它的种我国的汽车减震器油是符合客观要求的也是势在
作用是提高行车的稳定性和驾乘的舒适性,延长汽必行的。不但可以填补国内汽车减震器油的空白,
车的使用寿命。随着汽车行业的不断发展,汽车而且也具有一定的经济效益和社会效益。要求减震
