    盘式异步磁力联轴器传动特性

    摘要:针対一台新型18极16槽盘式异步磁力联轴器,为研究其传动特性规律,首先以层理论模型为指导分析得出联轴器的
    转矩理论计算方法:然后通过有限元分析得出三维瞬态气隙磁场的分布以及不同工作参数对转矩传递的影响;最后通过三维
    磁场测量系统和传动试验台进行不同工況下的三维瞬态气隙磁场和转矩的实测,并得出不同工作参数与转矩、效率的关系拙
    线。仿真和试验结果都表明,联轴器中最大磁密出现在永磁转子上,磁转子背部的轭铁处磁密也较大:轴向分量为气隙磁密
    的主要分量,气隙厚度的减小使得轴向磁密以及转矩都会增加随着转差率的增加、输入转速的增大,联轴器传递转矩也会
    增大,但轴向磁密却减小;当输出转矩增加时,转差率在一定范围呈线性平缓增加而后急剧上升,而传递效率却先上升后下
    降,且当转差率为3%时,效率达到最大;在给定转差率为6%时,输入功率的增加对联轴器的传动效率几乎无影响,效率
    基本保持在94%左右,从而验证转差率和效率之和满足常数1的规律:当输出转矩为26~48N?m时,传递效率始终保持
    在95%左右,此时转差率范围为2%~6%,证明盘式异步磁力联轴器能够在一定负载工况下高效运行,具有很好的传动特性。

    Transmission Characteristics of Axial Asynchronous
    Permanent Magnet Couplings

    Abstract: In order to study the transmission characteristics of a new-type axial asynchronous permanent magnet coupling with 18
    poles and 16 slots, the theoretical calculation method of the torque is obtained by theory of layered model firstly; then the distribution
    of 3D transient air gap field and the influence of different working parameters on torque characteristics are obtained; lastly, the 3D air
    gap field and torque in different working conditions are measured by the measure system of three-dimensional magnetic field and
    magnetic drive experimental platformm, and the relationship curves between different working parameters and torque or efficiency are
    achieved. The results of simulation and experiment show that: the maximum magnetic flux density occurs at the magnetrotor, the
    magnetic flux density of the yoke iron attached to magnetic poles is also large; the axial flux density is the main component of air gap
    flux density; the axial flux density and the torque increase when the air gap thickness decreases: while the slip ratio and input speed
    increase respectively, the torque increases but the axial flux density decreases; the slip ratio increases slightly in a linear way firstly
    and then quickly with the increasing of the output torque, while the transmission efficiency firstly increases but then decreases
    slightly, particularly, at the 3% slip ratio the effciency is up o the maximum; under the given 6%lip ratio the efficiency almost
    keeps about 94% when the input power increases, which verifies the law that the summation of slip and efficiency is constant 1; the
    efficiency keeps about 95% and the slip ratio is between 2% to 6% when the torque is between 26 and 48 N-m, by which excellent
    transmission characteristics and high efficiency could be proved in the heavy load working condition
