论文摘要
高端运动器材装备是指在制造工艺科技含量等方面都处于产品链高端的运
动器材和装备,它们主要应用于高水平竞技比赛、训练以及一些对器材装备要求
很高的运动项目。
研究目的
基于我国高端运动器材装备大量进口的现实,文章在揭示我国高端运动器材
研制水平落后的现状及形成原因的基础上;对该领域存在的问题进行相应的对策
研究。研究旨在为我国高端运动器材装备的发展提供研究和策略参考
研究方法
运用文献资料法、专家访问法、调査法、案例分析法、比较研究法、论证分
析法。
、主要研究结论
(一)目前,国际上存在的高端运动器材研发的组织运作类型主要有3类;企业
运作型、研究所运作型和管理部门运作型。
(二)影响高端运动器材研发的因素包括:人オ因素、时间因素、研发经费、技
术因素、需求因素和基础研究因素。
(三)我国在高端运动裝备研制方面的落后方面其主要表现在:
1、运动器材研制多以仿制为主,缺乏自主开发;
2、国产运动器材质量、性能逊色于国外先进器材;
3、部分高端运动器材装备的研制还处于空白状态。
(四)我国高端运动器材研制现状的形成原因:
1、体育用品企业缺乏科技创新的内在动力和行业内外部环境
2、体育科研部门职能的制约以及缺乏高端运动器材研制的条件
3、外行业科技资源不能顺利流入高端运动器材研发领域
4、研发成本高于国外同类产品;
5、使用者对国产高端运动器材缺乏足够的市场需求。
(五)相应的发展对策研究
论文从扩大、强化相关管理部门职能;促进社会各方力量参与研发;积极参
与高端运动器材产品国际竞争等三方面对我国高端运动器材研制发展的对策进
行了讨论。

Abstract
High-ranking sports equipments is the craft and technique at higher
in product chain of sports equipments, they mostly use into high-leve
competition, train and some sport items that have highly demands at
equlpments.
Research purpose
Base on expounded the backward situation and form reasons of
high-ranking sports equipments manufacture in China, and discussed the
corresponding countermeasures, inexpensive proposals were put forward
for high-ranking sports equipments research of China.
Study means
The study by way of document, visit, examine, case analyze, compare
and argumentation
Mostly conclusions
1, At present, high-ranking sports equipments manufacture consist of
three operation types: Type of industry, type of institute and type of
function department.
2, Influence factors of high-ranking sports equipments manufacture
consist of: Person with ability, time, funds, technique, requirement and
foundational research
3, China at high-ranking sports equipments manufacture backward
aspects Incarnate:
(1)Sports equipments were mostly mimics and short of independent
evelop
(2)Quality and function of high-ranking sports equipments of China
were not a patch on advanced manufactures of abroad
(3) Partial high-ranking sports equipments develop were still
vacancy.
