    摘要:泵阀是往复泵的重要组成部件,也是往复泵中最重要的易损件之一,其设计质量直接影响泵
    的工作性能和使用寿命。对往复泵泵阀进行受力分析,借助工程软件Pro/ E Wildfire,完成往复系
    泵阀的三维建模,并进行泵阀的运动仿真。将模型导入 ANSYS有限元分析软件对其进行应力分
    析,校核泵阀的强度,为最终的优化设计提供参考依据。

    Therefore, the correct analysis and design of reciprocating pump valves are to ensure efficient
    safe and reliable work and to extend the pump life cycle of one of the important elements. Firstly
    some elementary knowledge of reciprocating pump and the structural characteristics of pumps and
    valves are introduced simply, as well as the classification and movement of the parameters and so
    on. Then, according to design requirement, the force applied to reciprocating pump valves was
    initially analyzed, then the three-dimensional model and motion Simulation of reciprocating
    pump valves with engineering software Pro/E Wildfire were completed, finally the finite element
    method was used, and the model to the finite element analysis software was imported to analyze
    its stress and identify the deficiencies. The basis of optimizing the final design is provided.
