穿心式测力环弹性体的结构优化设计

摘要:本文主要针对穿心式测力环的工作原理,通过建立结构模型及理论计算,详细分析了在不同环体高度
不同边界条件下测力环弹性体截面的受力分布特点,揭示出传统结构形式的测力环产生测试误差的原因,确定
出了弹性体结构上反映应力状态的最佳截面位置为沿环壁厚方向的中轴线截面。依此针对性地设计了侧壁开
孔式环体结构形式,并通过理论分析和加载试验,验证了在有限高度下弹性体结构最佳截面处的应力、应变在
不同边界条件下的分布规律比环壁外侧处变化平缓,这表明优化后的结构形式更能适应不同边界条件的影响。
最后引人光纤光栅作为测试元件和优化后的环体结构一起构成测力环,并在张拉平台上进行试验,进一步验证
了测力环的工程应用性能。结果表明该项研究对于穿心式测力环技术的开发及应用具有一定参考价值

Structure Optimization Design of the Feedthrough Measuring Ring Elastomer

Abstract This paper focuses on the operating mechanism of the feedthrough measuring ring, and by
structure modeling and theoretical calculations, a detailed analysis is conducted on the stress
distribution characteristics of the cross-section of the measuring ring elastomer at different heights and
under different boundary conditions. It reveals the causes of the errors in testing measuring ring in
traditional structure, and determines the optimal location of reflecting the reaction state on the cross
section of the elastomer structure is the sectional axis along the thickness direction. Based on this, the
paper designs the side-wall opening ring structure, and through theoretical analyses and load tests, it
is verified that the distribution patterns of the stress and the strain, which are reflected on the optimal
ocation on the cross section atlimited heightsand under different boundary conditions, are more smooth
han the changes on the outer side of the ring wall. This shows that the optimized structure better
adapts to the effects of different boundary conditions. Finally, fiber grating is introduced to test
components, and integrated into the optimized ring structure to construct the measuring ring. In
addition, it is tested on the tension platform, and further validates its engineering application
erformance. The study results show that it can provide insights to the development and application o
feedthrough measuring ring technology
