大中空塑料桶用IDPE的性能研究

摘要:利用拉力试验机和冲击仪对3种国产220L大中空塑料桶用HDPE专用料的性能进行测试。结果表明:HDPE专
用料的拉伸强度均在30MPa左右,弯曲强度达1100MPa以上。合格产品的常温冲击强度在60kJ/m2以上,-18℃冲击
强度高于40kJ/m2。HDPE专用料的结构表征结果表明,用于生产220L大中空塑料桶制品的HDPE树脂具有较大的相
对分子质量和较宽的相对分子质量分布,重均相对分子质量大于20万,相对分子质量分布在11~12,可以满足力学和加工性
能要求。同时还应具有适宜的共聚单体含量,以提高产品的耐环境应力开裂性
