多元改性速溶胍胶压裂液研究与应用

摘要:为克服传统胍胶压裂液溶胀遠度慢、现场配制时间长、破胶后残渣含量高等缺点,研制了一种多元改
性速溶胍胶压裂液。在清水中加入一定量的羧甲基和羟丙基双改性胶及杀菌剂、黏土稳定剂、交联剂等处理剂
配制得到多元改性速溶豚胶压裂液。室內试验表明,该压裂液溶胀速率快,1min溶胀率已达到3min落胀率的
94.7%,溶胀速度较痉丙基遠溶胍胶压裂液提高了18.75%6;水不溶物含量极少,较羟丙基速溶脉胶压裂液降低了
8.46%;破胶后的残渣含量降低超过71.0%,对支撑剂导流能力的伤害降低了62.0%,对岩心渗透率的伤害降低
了53.8%,其综合性能达到现场施工要求。现场应用表明,多元速溶政性胶压裂液能够满足大规模水平并压裂
施工的要求,并能为低渗透、特低渗逶储层的有效开发提供技术支撑。

Instant Guar Fracturing Fluid

Abstract: Traditional guar fracturing fluid is disadvantageous because of its characteristics of slow
swelling, long on-site preparation times, and high residue content after gel breaking. In order to overcome
the problems, a certain quantityof double modified carboxymethyl+-hydroxypropyl guanidine gum and
other additives (e.g. bactericide, clay stabilizer, and crosslinker) were added in water, making its copre
hensive performance to meet the site construction requirements. Thus, a multicomponent modified instant
guar fracturing fluid system was developed. The new fracturing fluid system had a fast swelling rate, reac
hing more than 94. 7% final viscosity in one minute, and a low water insoluble matter content, it was low
ered by 88.46% than the hydroxypropyl guar; the residue content reduced by 71.0%, the flow conductivi-
ty of propping agent damage dropped by 62.0% and the core permeability decreased by 53.8%

tests and site operations demonstrated that the multicomponent modified instant guar fracturing fluid could
satisfy the online mixing requirements of the large-scale fracturing operation used in horizontal wels, and
could provide technical support for the effective development of low permeability reservoir.

随着油气勘探开发程度的不断提高,常规油气模、大排量压裂施工对压裂液的性能提出了更高的
产量不断下降,低渗透油气田的开发逐渐成为新热要求。目前国内所应用的胍胶压裂液大多存在残渣
点。目前探明未动用石油地质储量中低渗透储量所
占比例高达60%以上,压裂改造成为提高低渗透储
