Through the analysis on its structure, resin-bonded sand mold, insulating riser and the internaland external chills were adopted after the simulation verification by the CAEINTECAST. Finally the bottomshell of cone crusher CH660 was produced successfully by fast pouring and normalizing plus temperingtreatment. The result shows that the dimensional precision, the mechanical performance and the surfaceroughness are satisfying. 圆锥破碎机是一种用量较大的玻碎设备之一,而
其売体是铸钢件的典型应用,CEI660圆锥破碎机上下
壳体总重16000kg,下売体如图1所示。该件为国内某
厂为国外一家企业制造的配件,采用国际标准和技术
