[摘要]目的:探讨经乳晕切口直视下取出聚丙媂酰胺水凝胶隆乳材料同期于胸大肌下置入硅凝胶假体的可
行性。方法:28例曾行聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳术者通过乳晕切口取出注射物,选取13例注射物位于乳
腺间及乳腺下间隙者同期于胸大肌下置入凝胶假体。结果:13例同期置入假体者近期无一例出现血肿和
感染,I例单侧发生包膜挛缩再次手术矫正。术后随访6个月~2年,13例均外观自然、手感柔软。结论:选
取合适病倒经乳畢切口取出聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶后同期胸大肌下置入硅凝胶假体是可行的且效果良好。

I Abstract Objective To investigate the feasibility of augmentation mammoplasty with implanting silicon-gel pro
thesis after removing polyacrylamide hydrogel through peri-areolar approach. Methods: Polyacrylamide hydrogels
in 28 patients who had undergone augmentation mammoplasty with polyacrylamide hydrogel were removed through
peri-areolar approach and at the same time 13 cases were augmented by implanting silicone prosthesis below pec-
oralis. Results Follow-up of 13 cases for6 months to 2 years showed that 12 patients obtained satisfactory effect
with natural appearance and that no hematoma and infection were found. Capsular contracture occurred in 1 case
and was reoperated. The result of the treatment was evaluated. Conclusion: It is a feasible and effective method for
augmentation mammoplasty after removing polyacrylamide hydrogel and at the same time implanting silicon-gel pros

2008年7月收治的聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳后因硅凝胶假体,随访6~24个月,效果良好,现报道如下。
